You Know Best: The Academy Awards

The Oscars are upon us, but before they arrive, let's see if you can correctly predict the outcome. I have entered the nominees for Best Picture, Best Actor, and Best Female Actor. Take the poll to see if together, we can come up with the winners!

Of course if I had my way, and most likely if you had yours, we would have a few different choices or nominees, but these are the only choices. Check back Monday to see how we did. Thanks for playing.

I voted for Juno because I haven't wanted to see any of the others except maybe Atonement. Of course, not much into male centric film anyway...lol

I haven't seen most of them, I'll get around to it, but I wait for things to come out on DVD.

This is pathetic, but I have not seen one of these movies yet! I hear great things baout Juno, and it's on my Netflix queue.

I can not remember the last time I went to a movie! I like my crap a year old or better. The great thing about catching them on the boob tube is they get rid of the dirty words so I am not offended.

citizen, I usually haven' seen at least half, because I always wait for them to come out on dvd. I'm not a big 'go to the movies' buff, but I do love watching them at home!

slip, That's probably for the best, we wouldn't to offend your fragile sensibilities.

kj, I managed to stay awake, but it was eh! Although John Stewart was pretty funny! Okay, that's over for another year.

I watch it every year. Boy...everyone missed the best actress category, didn't they? I must say, I was surprised how fast the show went. It's usually 4-5 hours, this one was 3hrs 15 minutes. I felt bad for that singer they cut short; glad they let her come back on...she had one of the best thank you speeches.

ve, I agree, she did! It was nice to recognize that they didn't give her a chance to say anything.
